Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida Welcomes Amy L. Smith, C.N.M

FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nov. 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Amy L. Smith has joined Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).

Smith will be located in the Cape Coral Obstetrics and Gynecology office at 1265 Viscaya Parkway.

Smith is a graduate of the University of Toledo, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing.  She received her Master of Science degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland and her Certified Nurse Midwife accreditation from the Frontier School of Midwifery and Family Nursing in Ohio.

She has 19 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and Certified Nurse Midwife, working in both hospital and private practice settings in Ohio and Florida.

She also has served as a clinical instructor for nursing students at Mercy College of Northwest Ohio in Toledo.

Physicians' Primary Care of Southwest Florida, a physician-owned and operated medical practice, was formed in 1996 by many long practicing local physicians and has grown to become the largest independent multi-specialty primary care practice in Southwest Florida.
