Santa's Wonderland Opens for Its 19th Season

COLLEGE STATION, Texas - Nov. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- The final touches are being made at Santa's Wonderland as staff prepare to present the Biggest Christmas Experience in Texas!  Santa's Wonderland has expanded to 72 acres but its mission remains the same - to preserve and perpetuate the Spirit of Christmas!  Each year, new features are added, and this year is no exception.  Santa's Christmas Cottage, the New and Improved Giant Texas flag, and a giant castle are just a few of the new additions that greet guests when they arrive.  More holiday scenes and hundreds of thousands of lights have been added to the Trail of Lights, continuing the tradition that keeps folks coming back year after year.

Each admission includes either a hayride or a carriage ride, as well as train rides, mechanical bull rides, slides and more!  Families can have their picture taken in the giant Texas size snow globe or sit back and enjoy a Christmas movie on the jumbotron.  The campfires will be burning, and live music and snow will fill the air as guests enjoy this Texas holiday wonderland.

During Opening Weekend, November 11^th, 2016 - November 13^th, 2016, veterans and active duty service men and women will be offered free admission to the park. In addition, on Saturday and Sunday of Opening Weekend, the first 100 families will receive a commemorative holiday ornament.  The Museum of the American GI will be the charity partner for the weekend.

The park will be open every day from November 11^th, 2016 until January 1^st, 2017, and Super Saver Tickets will be offered throughout the season for those looking for an additional discount.
