Attorneys Brian Bradigan and Jennifer Cheek join Hermes Law

Mr. Bradigan has been a practicing attorney for more than 35 years. During that time, he was the Managing partner at three separate law firms, defended more than 2,000 cases to resolution and tried more than 80 cases to verdict.  He has maintained an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1990 and was named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011 to 2016.

Mr. Bradigan earned his earned his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio and is a member in good standing with State Bar of Texas, State Bar of Ohio, all Ohio United States District Courts, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. His practice at Hermes Law will focus on professional liability and transportation.

Ms. Cheek earned her Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and is a member in good standing with the State Bars of Texas, Missouri and Kansas, as well as the U.S. Western District Court of Missouri and the U.S. District Court of Kansas. Over her nine years as an attorney, she's defended clients in catastrophic loss and sophisticated product liability cases in more than 15 states.  Cheek's professional affiliations include the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, American Inn of Court, Propane Gas Defense Association and the United Way. The focus of her practice at Hermes Law will be in the areas of product liability.
