Charles is an Honors Graduate from "Daytona State College" and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management/Supervision, with a Specialization in Finance. In 2011, Charles was part of a groundbreaking "New Business Development" for Darden Restaurants in Palm Coast. Charles' unique approach to community involvement led him to oversee several Darden locations as "Service/Sales Network Leader" for the Region. In addition to his 17 years in the service and hospitality industry, he is a member of the Rotary Club of Flagler County, and a husband, father.

Broker/Owner Chuck Shaffer began his real estate career in Palm Coast with ITT in 1983. When Lowe Enterprises purchased the remaining assets of Palm Coast Real Estate from ITT in 1995, Shaffer was named the company's sales manager/vice president.
