When RH began his accounting career, he chose a non-traditional career path. He realized that most of his clients needed a Controller or CFO; someone who could work directly with the organization to help the owner understand their operation and ultimately improve the performance of their business.

Over the years, as his clients acquired or divested their businesses, RH helped them facilitate the transfer of ownership. He understands the delicate balance of every deal because he has experienced it from both sides.
