HONOLULU - Nov. 19, 2016 - PRLog -- WBU Heavyweight Champion Marselles Brown has officially landed the WBC Central America and Caribbean Title.

Brown won the title with his successful bout against El Chango Lopez with a TKO in the 5th round live from Tijuana, Mexico on November 18th. Brown's new title comes after Brown's recent defeat of Saul Montana, former WBC Continental Americas Champion in the 5th round by TKO.

Marselles Brown is a 7 feet tall professional boxer originally from Louisville, Kentucky. As a boxing professional, Brown trained with top trainers including Jimmy Ellis, Kenny Adams, Floyd Mayweather, Sr. and Roger Mayweather.

Brown's success in the ring led him to fight four heavyweight champions.  Marselles Brown's first title fight took place in Tijuana, Mexico on October 31, 2015, where he defeated Juan Salas for the WBU Heavyweight C.A.M. title. Brown initially fought Chauncy Welliver, former WBC Continental Americas Champion in Tijuana, Mexico on July 30th, 2016.

In addition to being a World Champion, Brown is a member of the State Boxing Commission of Hawaii. Brown is a proud resident of Honolulu, Hawaii.
