Saint Alphonsus launches programs, clinics for patients with complex conditions

BOISE, Idaho - Nov. 17, 2016 - PRLog -- WHAT:      Saint Alphonsus will open their newest additions to their medical group with the launch of coordinated clinics in internal medicine, palliative care, extensivist services, and a house calls program.  The Enhanced Care Initiative focuses on those patients that suffer from complex or multiple conditions, and will place emphasis on providing supportive, coordinated, wrap-around services.  The clinics include internal medicine, palliative care, extensivist services, social work support, pharmacist support, and a house calls program together in one convenient location.  The programs and clinics are a response to patient expectations for a higher quality of life while facing complex or numerous health challenges.

WHO:        The media is invited to attend the launch of the clinics and programs, which will feature Saint Alphonsus administration, physicians, and staff.  Physicians will be available for interview following the ribbon cutting, and tours will be provided.
