OWINGS MILLS, Md. - Nov. 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Personal Home Care, LLC ("PHC") today announced it has successfully completed the acquisition of Being There Senior Care, LLC ("BTSC"), a Catonsville, Maryland home care company. While PHC is the leader in providing home care services to Maryland's Medicaid Wavier recipients, BTSC has focused entirely on serving private-pay clients during its 15-year history. As PHC welcomes the BTSC team and brand, it believes BTSC's expertise and relationships will greatly contribute toward launching PHC's private pay division.
