ADDISON, Texas - Nov. 24, 2016 - PRLog -- iControl ESI, a complex eDiscovery software and solutions company founded in 1999, today announced its plans for the Second Annual Celebration of eDiscovery Day for the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

On December 1, 2006, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure regarding electronic discovery went into effect.  This year marks the tenth anniversary of those new Rules, and it's the Second Annual Celebration designed to help advance the discussion of how we manage eDiscovery.

"iControl ESI is planning both day-time and after-hours events for our colleagues in the eDiscovery community here in Dallas-Fort Worth," said Robin Athlyn Thompson VP of Marketing for iControl ESI.  "Between 11 am and 2 pm we are sponsoring three speakers who will talk about a variety of areas of interest with respect to eDiscovery with education for all the organizational communities of practice who manage ESI.  After work, you can join us at the Idle Rich Pub in Downtown Dallas to network and continue the discussion.  You can find the Dallas event here listed among other nationwide celebrations of the day," added Thompson.

There is no charge to attend either event but you must RSVP in ensure your space.

*3 hours of CLE including ethics is pending with the State Bar of Texas and 3 hours of CRM maintenance is pending with the ICRM.  General certificates of attendance will be given for use in CEDS maintenance, and NALA and NFPA certificates will also be made available.

After Hours Socializing (Hors d'oeuvres provided, Cash Bar):

3 hours of networking and socializing from 6 pm to 9 pm at the Idle Rich Pub downtown.
