Private Equity Firm Falcon Global Acquisitions In Talks To Acquire Indian Modular Manufacturing

SPRING HILL, Fla. - Nov. 28, 2016 - PRLog -- Falcon Global Acquisitions LLC ("FGA") announced today that it is in talks to acquire a majority interest in two innovative India based modular manufacturing companies.

This recent strategic acquisition path is part of an ongoing effort by FGA to acquire synergistic companies to spark organic growth within their subsidiary Horton Global Industries. When finalized the India based companies will be integrated into Horton and will become the Asian arm of Horton Global Industries. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
