Westmount Realty Capital Hires Michael Rochester as Senior Director – Engineering and Construction

DALLAS - Dec. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Westmount Realty Capital, LLC (http://www.westmountrc.com/) (Westmount) announced today that seasoned engineer, Michael Rochester has joined the company in the newly created position of Senior Director – Engineering and Construction.  In this new role, Rochester will be focused on the company's asset approach as it relates to both acquisitions and management.

Rochester has more than 20 years of experience in property engineering and construction.  Prior to joining Westmount, he was the vice president of engineering at Behringer Investments in Addison, Texas, where he managed all property condition assessments for all current assets and potential acquisitions. Rochester was previously with Cushman & Wakefield (http://www.cushmanwakefield.us/) of Texas, Inc. as the director of engineering for the Southwest, where he was responsible for providing technical support and guidance to clients and property teams throughout the region.

Rochester studied electrical engineering and computer science at the University of Colorado (http://www.colorado.edu/), in Boulder, Colorado. He is a LEED Green Associate. Given by the U.S. Green Building Council (http://www.usgbc.org/), this credential denotes basic knowledge of green design, construction and operations. Rochester is a Certified Maintenance Technician (CMT), Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM), certified in Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) and is a BOMI Systems Maintenance Administrator (SMA).
