Lennar's Next Gen® Available Across Greater Fresno Area

VISALIA, Calif. - Dec. 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Lennar first launched their innovative Next Gen® – The Home Within A Home® design in 2011 after seeing a rising need for homes that accommodate multigenerational living situations across the country. Today, available in a wide variety of designs, it continues to be one of their most popular floorplans. Lennar Central Valley currently offers Next Gen® plans at ten communities across six cities in the greater Fresno area.

Lennar's Next Gen® home design includes an attached private suite to the main home that has a separate entrance, bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchenette. A door on the inside of the suite that connects it to the main home allows for as much direct access to or privacy between the two homes as is needed or desired on each individual basis.

In the cities of Fresno and Clovis, Lennar Central Valley offers three Next Gen® floorplan variations at four different communities. The Camelot floorplan is offered at Lennar's Chateau Series at Ellingsworth in Clovis and Carriage House and Heritage Park communities in Fresno. This two-story home offers 2,777 square feet of living space with four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms in total.

The Cambridge Collection at Ellingsworth, located in Clovis, offers two Next Gen® home designs, The Epiphany and the Versatillion. The Epiphany is a spacious two-story home that offers 3,185 square feet of space, four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. The Next Gen® suite in the Epiphany plan offers a private covered front patio near its entrance along with a dual access door between the two spaces. The Versatillion is a single-story plan with four bedrooms and three bathrooms atop 2,257 square feet of space.

In Visalia, you can find these Next Gen® floorplans at the Silver Oaks and Vistas communities. The Epiphany and the Versatillion plans are available at Silver Oaks while the Camelot is offered at Vistas. In Hanford, the Independence community offers the Camelot while the Legacy community offers the Versatillion plan. In Tulare, the Versatillion is offered at the Cedar Grove community. It's also offered at their Viking Pointe community located in Kingsburg.
