Precision Body & Paint of Bend Announces New Management

BEND, Ore. - Dec. 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Precision Body & Paint of Bend is excited to announce that Jeremy Bales has joined their team as the new team manager. Jeremy comes to Precision with nearly 20 years in the collision industry and a passion for customer satisfaction. Following his leave from a custom hot rod shop in Tri-Cities, WA where he served as the shop manager, Jeremy originally joined Precision as the lead estimator. Although well accomplished in the industry, Jeremy has a unique ability to relate with his subordinates as he has worked his way up in the industry, and even started his automotive journey by doing the behind-the-scenes work like cleanup and shop maintenance.

Jeremy's love of cars doesn't stop at the shop, he is also a professional racer who has participated in mud drag racing, circle track racing and has even qualified to be a co-pilot in a King of the Hammers race. On his love of cars and racing, Jeremy says, "I've been a car guru my whole life, if it has wheels, I've probably raced it."

Precision views Jeremy's appointment as the team manager as a sign of their commitment to continuing to be the leading company in their industry. The innovations and increasing demand from customers lead them to find a new addition to the team who will embrace their commitment to exceptional customer service, and it is very fortunate that they found someone of Jeremy's caliber to fulfill this role. Not only are they excited for the change in management, they have already seen a positive reaction from the staff. Where many businesses suffer from high turnover preceding a change of leadership, their employees have embraced and championed this change.

Jeremy's ultimate goal for the Precision of Bend is the highest level of customer satisfaction possible. Although it is usually a stressful situation that brings people to Precision's door, he sees an opportunity to take as much of the sting out of the process as possible. Acknowledging this unique paradigm, Jeremy's ultimate consideration is, "How do we take a negative and turn it into a positive?"
