Drive for Good at Preston Mazda

PRESTON, Md. - Dec. 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Preston Mazda is thrilled to be a part of the 4th annual Mazda Drive for Good® Winter Event. During this event, one test drive equals one hour of community service. The Mazda Drive for Good® Event is a six-week cause-based campaign showing how the Mazda family are giving back to their communities. Test drive a Mazda, and we'll vow an hour of our time to a local, worthwhile cause. Buy or lease any new Mazda vehicle, and we'll donate $150 to a preferred charity. Over the past three years, Mazda has donated more than $13 million and over 200,000 hours of volunteering all across the country. Last year, more than $5.3 million and 72,000 volunteer hours were donated by Mazda.

From November 21st to January 3rd, you can join in on the Mazda Drive for Good® Event and help our community in this fantastic cause. For this event, a "service hour" is determined as voluntary work with no financial compensation executed by a member of the Mazda family for any organization that serves the progress of the community and matches Mazda's mission. Applicable activities include volunteering at places such as Habitat for Humanity, local food banks, Boy/Girl Scout troops, Little League Baseball, and animal rescue shelters. The purpose of this program is to help our community during the giving season. Our staff is always overjoyed to help develop the community so come into Preston Mazda and help us give back.
