FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Dec. 18, 2016 - PRLog -- It's time to bring education and awareness to the current Opioid/Heroin Epidemic. This epidemic is devastating the United States as a whole, with hundreds of deaths a day nationwide. In August of 2016 Miami-Dade County had 270 overdoses, not counting the devastation going on in Broward and Palm Beach Counties. Join us in helping educate South Florida on addiction issues.

All Seeking Free Addiction Recovery Education on Opioid/Heroin Epidemic Are Invited To Attend.

"Recovery is a Process" and Rockers In Recovery has amassed some epic speakers on the topic. This is to help our south Florida community know that help, hope, and recovery are possible from addiction.

EDUCATIONAL – It's dedicated to providing our community with addiction prevention and education information to help families, community outreach leaders and anyone who suffers with drug addiction and alcoholism.

We Are Not A Treatment Program or Advocacy Group – The sole purpose is to provide addiction prevention and education information to anyone who suffers with drug addiction/alcoholism. We do this through our media platforms using the following: music and addiction education.
