OSP "Best and Brightest in the Nation"

DETROIT - Dec. 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Being awarded "Metropolitan Detroit's Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.™"  was quite an achievement for One Source, but to be nominated and win "2016 Best and Brightest in the Nation" is quite an honor. This premier award competition identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance.

One Source Provider was named one of the winning companies just this December 2016. One Source will be in attendance come the new year to the Best and Brightest Gala where One Source will be recognized as a National Winner and receive their award.

To be a 2016 Best and Brightest Companies To Work For in the Nation™ any public or private organization that employs over ten employees within any industry is qualified to participate. Participants will have to answer a company survey about their culture and benefits. Employees will have the opportunity to voice their opinions about how they enjoy working for the company in an anonymous and confidential matter resulting in the outcome of the award.

After submitting company surveys, each OSP application is scrutinized, scored and feedback is shared. Company data is analyzed as well as each employee survey by participating companies. OSP was judged on; Compensation, Benefits and Employee Solutions; Employee Enrichment, Engagement and Retention; Employee Education and Development; Recruitment, Selection and Orientation; Employee Achievement and Recognition; Communication and Shared Vision; Diversity and Inclusion; Work-Life Balance; Community Initiatives; Strategic Company Performance and the Best of the Best Small Business.

The Nations Best and Brightest Companies to Work For is a nationwide program. The Best and Brightest team looked at the 2016 national winners' statistical scores and compared them to the national average scores from 2015, which included all applicants from across the United States.
