Veteran 3D Printing Company Offers Custom 3d Printer Design Service

Custom Industrial Material Science 3D Printers and Bioprinters

DAVIE, Fla. - Dec. 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Since our founding, Seraph has always been building the next greatest thing in 3d printing. Our Fab@Home printers helped define the tissue engineering movement into 3d bioprinting and our equipment has been central in the development of various 3d printing materials, both for standard material science and bioprinting, where some of the original silicone, hydrogel and alginate prints were done using Seraph 3D printers. Having our ear so close to the heartbeat of 3d printing innovation, we have developed a series of customization tools and accessories for our 3d printers which cater to many novel 3d printing projects. Of course, sometimes a need arises that can't be accommodated by our pre-existing customization options.

Fortunately, one of our favorite things to do as a company is fully custom 3d printers and new tool development. The purpose of this press release is to do the following.

1.       Inform you about this service

2.       Describe when it's appropriate and how to go about it

The first step for the prospective customer is to determine what a customer needs. The best way to do this is to reach out to us and describe your project. Our team of scientists and engineers work with customers to determine their needs. More often than not, prospective customers discover that our existing tools can accommodate their project. If not, we'll recommend a custom printer or custom tool.

When is a custom printer needed? Well, if the customer is doing something that can't fit on our printers – for example, if they are integrating an additive manufacturing process into another larger scale industrial process, a custom printer might be needed. Sometimes, as part of a grant, a client might need a 3D printing partner to build a custom machine – we're it. Our philosophy is simple. If we have an existing solution, we'll try to steer the client in that direction to help control the cost of their project, but if they need something totally new to handle your project, we have deep experience designing 3d printers and are always excited to put it to use for our customers. The bottom line: we encourage our customers to reach out to us and ask! We're here to help. Contact us at sales@seraphrobotics.com
