Flare welcomes the year of Rooster with special Chinese seafood items. Enjoy premium menus created perfectly for the Chinese New Year celebration such as 'Snow Fish Steamed with Soy Sauce' at THB 750, 'Slipper Lobster Fried with Garlic' at THB 950, 'Black Crab Stir-fried with Chinese Fermented Soy Beans' at THB 1,350 and 'Tiger Prawn Stir-fried with X.O. Sauce' at THB 1,350. Available from January 28 – February 4, 2017 at Flare restaurant on level 15 from 6pm – 10.30pm.

Edge restaurant offers international dinner buffet featuring Chinese dishes special for Chinese New Year celebration such as Duck Rice, Whole Roasted Suckling Pig, Grilled Seafood, Dim Sum, Fish Maw Soup and Yu Sheng (Chinese Salmon Salad). Price is THB 1,300 per guest. Available from January 28 – 30, 2017 at Edge on level 14 from 6pm – 10.30pm.
