Aly Benitez, Esq. featured as Keynote Speaker at USF's 13th Annual LGBTQ+ Gala

TAMPA, Fla. - April 11, 2017 - PRLog -- The team at Benitez Law Group is proud to announce that attorney Aly N. Benitez has been featured as the Keynote Speaker at the University of South Florida's 13th Annual LGBTQ+ Gala. The Gala included USF PRIDE Award Presentation and USF LGBT Scholarship Presentation and was organized by the USF Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equal Opportunity, the USF Committee on Issues of Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity, and the USF Office of Multicultural Affairs.

This honor means a great deal to Aly and the entire firm. Aly spoke on her experiences the past 11 months as founder and Board President of Pulse of Orlando, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Hoping to inspire those in attendance, she focused her speech on the incredible stories of survivors and the unprecidented outpouring of love and compassion from around the world which helped these survivors and families cope and heal.

Pulse of Orlando was the first organization to distribute funds to survivors and victims families and gave out over $325,000 while helping over 200 people. Their mission focused on both financial assistance and survivor/victim family naviation and advocacy.
