PHOENIX - Sept. 19, 2017 - PRLog -- Lisa Glow has been named CEO of Central Arizona Shelter Services (CASS).

"Lisa's background and success in policy development at the highest levels in Arizona and in taking nonprofits to their next level of effectiveness will make her a great leader of CASS," said Mike Bielecki, CASS Board Chair.

Former CEO Mark Holleran will now head Arizona Housing Inc. (AHI), a housing affiliate of CASS that provides permanent supportive housing solutions to individuals and families who are motivated to end their homelessness. "AHI's mission of developing supportive affordable housing is a critical part in solving the homeless problem," Bielecki said.

Glow is a graduate of the James E. Rogers College of Law in Tucson, Ariz. Early in her career she practiced law with the international law firms of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher, and Steptoe & Johnson. She later worked for former Arizona Governor Janet Napolitano as a senior policy advisor and director of the Governor's Office for Children, Youth and Families. Glow most recently ran her own consulting business to provide resources and sustainability solutions to nonprofits. She has more than two decades of experience working with local nonprofits.

"I am grateful for the opportunity to work for this compassionate organization that has been serving and supporting people experiencing homelessness for 33 years," Glow said. "I have big shoes to fill following Mark's 23 years of leadership for CASS. We are looking forward to forging new pathways, partnerships and solutions for ending homelessness with our community partners."
