John Kluber, PE, LEED AP, CEM, Joins Halff as Vice President and Director of MEP, North Texas

RICHARDSON, Texas - Sept. 26, 2017 - PRLog -- Halff Associates, Inc. (Halff), one of the nation's leading engineering/architecture consulting firms, is pleased to announce John Kluber, PE, LEED AP, CEM, has joined its Richardson office as Vice President and Director of MEP, North Texas. John brings to Halff diverse engineering experience in the education, federal, and health care sectors with a portfolio of award-winning work across a wide variety of project sizes and types. He will provide strategic leadership for Halff's North Texas MEP Engineering practice and continue to expand its client base.

Prior to joining Halff, John served as the Director of Mechanical Engineering in the Fort Worth office of a global A/E firm, overseeing design efforts for more than 50 domestic and international projects at a time while managing and growing the firm's largest MEP department. He also founded a full-service A/E firm providing mechanical, structural, engineering, and architectural services, serving as the firm's Managing Partner and Director of Mechanical Engineering.

John is the recipient of many national and regional awards, including the Georgia Tech College of Engineering 2002 Outstanding Young Engineering Alumni award. He is the Advisory Board Chair for the SMU Mechanical Engineering Department at the Bobby B. Lyle School of Engineering, as well as Director Emeritus and a former advisory board member for the Georgia Tech George W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering.

John earned his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and his Executive Master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan. He is a Licensed Professional Engineer, a Certified Energy Manager, and LEED AP certified. He is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers; the American Society for Healthcare Engineering; and the American Society of Plumbing Engineers.
