WEAVERVILLE, N.C. - Oct. 6, 2017 - PRLog -- Sherri L. McLendon, MA, of Professional Moneta International, launches "Torn Asunder: the Divine Feminine Power of Re-Membering," the fourth class in the complimentary first Monday series, Journaling as a Spiritual Practice.

In this class, participants will turn to their journals to explore the legacy of fragmentation of culture and identity, consider how mythologies shape womens' roles in restoring and reclaiming that which is broken personally and societally.

Professional Moneta International, www.professionalmoneta.com, is a boutique consultancy specializing in strategic, presence-based content marketing and public relations strategies. Under McLendon's leadership, the PMI team offers business building coaching to dynamic, mission-led women entrepreneurs, as well as quality consulting in content creation, curation, and thought leadership for exceptional health, medical and environmental clients.

"Often, women are healing from the very real effects of soul level fragmentation, like that resulting from the dissolution of an unhealthy relationship," says McLendon. "This work is designed to shift their perspective so they can see the process of recovery and restoration in a new light."

The class teaches women how to use intuitive strategies together with organizational containers and tools to develop concrete steps toward results.

• How to work with water and mirrors as divination tools for emotional clarity

• Consider the Isis-Osirus mythology and how it shapes women's roles in relationships

• Learn to engage spirit through writing as a conversation

• Consider ways to "take back" what has been torn away by our life experiences

• And more!

All participants will receive advance course materials and resources by email. Classes will be virtual and delivered live, with a replay link available on the group's Facebook community. Those who sign up for the class must do so prior to noon Monday, October 9, in order to receive access. Those who join the series after the cutoff will be invited to join the November class.

The classes are second Mondays monthly, 6 p.m., EST, through June 2018. Support and sharing are encouraged. There is no charge to participate, and the classes are in a pitch free format.
