Sandra Macica Joins Libman Education as Director of Educational Content

BEDFORD, Mass. - Oct. 16, 2017 - PRLog -- Libman Education, a provider of online educational courses related to Hospital Coding, is pleased to announce that Sandra Macica, MS, RHIA, has joined the firm as Director of Educational Content.  In this capacity, Sandy will play a critical role in ensuring the relevance and quality of online courses to maintain Libman Education's commitment to provide timely and accurate information to its customers.

With over twenty years of experience in HIM and progressively responsible positions related to coding and education of coders, Sandy was most recently the Coding Content Manager at Elsevier where she oversaw the development and production of training materials related to ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS and HCPCS/CPT coding.  Sandy is a graduate of the HIM program at the State University of New York (SUNY) Polytechnic Institute and holds a Master's in Health Service Administration from Russell Sage College.
