NBC's Hit Show Blindspot Films Episode Scenes at Historic Pearl River Campus

PEARL RIVER, N.Y. - Oct. 25, 2017 - PRLog -- Recently, Industrial Realty Group, LLC (IRG), a nationwide real estate development and investment firm, welcomed the cast and crew of NBC's hit show Blindspot to the Pearl River Project campus, a site known for historic advancements in research and development.

The Campus is located in Rockland County, NY, approximately 28 miles from mid-town Manhattan. Because of its proximity, television and film crews are able to take advantage of the NY State Film Tax Credit Program.

Show stars, Sullivan Stapleton and Jaimie Alexander acted scenes from the upcoming season. The show was recently renewed for a third season and is watched by approximately 7.44 million viewers. Blindspot crew, consisting of about 40 people, began setting up days before filming the scenes from an undisclosed episode. Filming took place in multiple locations within campus building 205, which consists of a variety of well-outfitted office and laboratory space.

The space in building 205, where the filming took place, is available for long-term lease, along with other opportunities throughout the more than 2 million sq. ft., 200 acre site. The campus includes 38 buildings of laboratory, pharmaceutical manufacturing, office, warehouse and support buildings.

Due to the diverse nature of the buildings on the Campus, they are generating interest in additional filming opportunities for the following types of uses:
