Comment from Adam Hutchison Vice Chair of Kent Integrated Care Alliance (KICA) and co-founder of the Kent Care Awards: "Many national awards take place in various industries but always look at the businesses and their owners, these awards in Kent focus on the specific county and the frontline staff that deliver outstanding care in Kent & Medway and that is what should be celebrated, it's great that 2nd year round we have had nearly 200 nominations for individuals and over 320 people attending the awards itself."

The winners will automatically be entered into the Great British Care Awards South East where it is hoped Kent careers receive further winning recognition during the awards gala evening at The Grand Hotel, Brighton on the 11th of November.

The Annual Care Awards celebrate the work carried out by carers and care companies in Kent. The awards provide a chance to reward those people who have simply delivered something awesome whilst recognising the Kent care sector as a whole showing appreciation and recognising the good work everyone does day in day out, year after year http://www.kica.care
