Announcing Grit Obstacle Course Race in Santa Clarita, CA

VALENCIA, Calif. - Nov. 2, 2017 - PRLog -- New Global Adventures, LLC. is proud to announce a new partnership with Grit OCR, LLC. to bring southern California a new obstacle course race called Grit OCR,  a race that digs deep and challenges you to push yourself to new levels of physical endurance and strength fitness. Located in the spectacular mountains north of Los Angeles in Santa Clarita, California. Featuring a 10K course of amazing trails, punishing obstacles, killer hills, panoramic views and an awesome race festival. Grab your friends and family, bring the kids, and get ready for the ultimate race experience on February 17, 2018!

Grit OCR is more than just a race. It's about the courage and resolve to push above and beyond your limits. Setting personal goals and crushing them, pushing yourself to beat the course and obstacles. It's about the teamwork, friendship, and the awesome people you meet at the race. It's about making you a better and stronger person. You will become stronger!

Bring the kids to run the Grit OCR Kids race to take on their own obstacle challenges in the fun course designed just for them. Ages 3-13. A great way to get kids off the couch and active, nothing inspires them more than seeing their parents as a role model pushing themselves to be better. Kids will have a blast!

The race will be hosted at the East Walker Ranch Open Space in Santa Clarita with a 10K trail course that features over 20 obstacles designed to challenge your strength, agility, and endurance. The obstacles are designed so that anyone can do them, however, a penalty option will be available that allows participants to bypass an obstacle that is too challenging.

Registration is now open on https://GritOCR.com or on the popular Active.com race network. Race day is Saturday, February 17, 2018. Check-in will begin at 6:00 AM, the first race starts at 8:00 AM with waves every 30 minutes. See website for full event details.
