Toll Brothers' Kechter Farm wins award for Best Floor Plan in the 2017 NOCO HBA Parade of Homes

Awards were presented at the Parade of Homes Awards Reception held at The Ranch in Loveland.

In making the award presentation, the judges said that Kechter Farm scored the highest in overall design, appeal and usability of its floor plan.
