FCA Announces New Director of Capital Markets Hire

WHEATON, Ill. - Nov. 6, 2017 - PRLog -- First Capital Advisors, LLC (FCA) announced today that Michael O'Shea has joined the firm as the Director of Capital Markets. He will be responsible for implementation and development of the capital markets division.

Mike will manage and oversee the marketing and capital raising efforts for Fund II, after a successful close of Fund I with $60 million of equity committed.  The new offering will focus on value-add opportunities across multi-family, industrial, and retail assets.

He recently served as Senior Vice President of Four Springs Capital, where he was responsible for marketing private placements and 1031 exchanges to a network of independent broker/dealers and registered investment advisors.  Prior to that, he spent 10 years as Vice President of Inland Securities Corporation sourcing capital for various real estate investments.

Mike has been responsible for the structuring, development, sales and distribution of various investor programs, including non-traded REITs, direct investments, Regulation D offerings and private equity.  During his career, he has raised over $500 million in investor and institutional equity.
