WAUKESHA, Wis. - Nov. 7, 2017 - PRLog -- Cousin Silas has been working on a series of seasonal based ambient recordings lately.  CerebralAudio is proud to release Snowline at the perfect time of the year, as the season is changing and plummeting much of the northern hemisphere into the frigid depths of winter.

This long-form drone work brings together the sensation of being high on a windy mountain top in the middle of winter.  The cold blowing, driving air constantly swirling around the listener.  Occasionally punctuated by organ, cellow and guitar riffs.

Snowline is a listening experience for those that want the feeling of the cold embrace of winter, without the potentially life-threatening physical challenges that accompany such an excursion.

David Hughes (Cousin Silas), born 7 May 1959, is an English musician and electronic music producer most notable for his ambient and drone music. He began writing and recording soundscapes in 2000, He has released over 150 albums, appeared on more than 60 compilations, and has been credited on releases for production, writing, arrangements, and technical contributions.
