Coldwell Banker Hearthside Launches "Hearthside Heroes" Recruitment Program To Provide Career Opportunities For Those Who Serve

NEWTOWN, Pa. - Nov. 8, 2017 - PRLog -- Coldwell Banker Hearthside today announced the launch of a recruitment program aimed at providing veterans, first responders, and National Guard members the opportunity for a career in real estate. As a way to thank those who have served our country, Coldwell Banker Hearthside created the program to provide financial assistance, training, and managerial support for individuals who want to build a successful career in real estate. Recruits who choose to enter the program are given a 24-month employment commitment with Coldwell Banker Hearthside to start.

To make it accessible to all eligible servicemen and women regardless of their current financial situation, Hearthside Heroes reimburses new recruits for more than $2500 of initial fees and training costs, including:

- Pre-licensing classes provided by the Real Estate Academy of Bucks County

- PA Real Estate Commission Licensing Fee

- First year of real estate association dues

- First year of Multi-listing Service (MLS) dues

- Coldwell Banker Hearthside "365 to Success" New Agent Training Program

- CBH Realtor(r) Marketing Package

The Hearthside Heroes program made its debut to community members at the 9/11 Heroes 5K Memorial Run in Doylestown, PA sponsored by the Travis Manion Foundation, which empowers veterans and families of fallen heroes to develop character in future generations.
