SMA Welcomes New VP of Human Resources

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Nov. 9, 2017 - PRLog -- SMA Behavioral Healthcare has appointed Deborah Loyd as the new Vice President of Human Resources, following the retirement of Vicki Kirksey.  Loyd will be responsible for the full range of HR functions.  Announcing the appointment, Ivan Cosimi noted, "We are excited to have Debbie Loyd bring her extensive experience to SMA.  Our industry is not an easy one for human resource professionals – with regulatory standards becoming more challenging every day, SMA needed a detail-oriented individual to make certain that Kirksey's organized and compliant processes were not lost in the transition."

Loyd joins SMA from Synergy Billing where she was the VP of Human Relations. As a human resources executive and business owner, she has over 25 years of experience in HR and business management. She has experience of working in a variety of HR roles across a diverse range of businesses including Barnett Bank, GTE Corporation, and First Data Corporation.
