And the Wedding Photographer of the year is

NORTHAMPTON, U.K. - Nov. 9, 2017 - PRLog -- The English Wedding Awards recognise suppliers who go out of their way to make weddings extra special.  Winners can only be nominated by previous customers and finalists are seleceted from those receiving the most nominations.

A panel of judges then collect evidence and review each business to decide who should win the regional and national awards.

Clive Hawes from Profound Image Photography scooped not only the East Midlands award but also the overall "Photographer of the Year" award.  Clive said "It is an honour to have been nominated by my customers for this award.  When I first learnt I was a finalist I was so pleased to have been nominated.  To win the Region was fantastic and to go on to win the overall award was beyond my wildest dreams.  I am not even sure what I said in my acceptance speach as it was all a bit of a blur!".

When asked how this award will impact his business, Clive replied "It's early days.  I already have more bookings for 2018 and 2019 than this time last year so the business was doing well before this.  3 days after the award and the rate of enquiry has increased slightly; time will tell."
