VICTOR, N.Y. - Nov. 10, 2017 - PRLog -- A team from L-Tron Corporation has returned from sponsoring and exhibiting at the IATAI's (Illinois Association of Technical Accident Investigators) 31st annual Traffic Crash Reconstruction Conference in Springfield, IL. L-Tron was honored to demo OSCR360 for Crash Reconstruction during the conference's simulated crash test and follow-up presentation.

Held from Oct. 3-6, the conference provided education, training and networking for crash investigators and traffic reconstructionists. OSCR360 was used to capture and preserve 360-degree panoramic photo evidence from the collision scene and compile ancillary information uncovered during the investigation to create a comprehensive presentation about the crash and its environment. L-Tron sponsored an evening reception during the conference where industry experts, Trevor and Julianne, were available to answer questions about OSCR360 for Crash Reconstruction.

"OSCR360 was purpose-built," said L-Tron COO Gayle DeRose. "By 'purpose-built' we mean we collaborated with law enforcement and attorneys to make sure OSCR360 met their needs. And we continue to seek their input to make sure OSCR360 captures, preserves and presents more comprehensive and accurate representations of crime scenes and crashes." OSCR360 quickly and easily collects 360-degree photos of a crime or crash scene, no training required. Then add in ancillary evidence files and create a final presentation for court. The ease and speed of OSCR360 prevents scene contamination and helps open roads sooner after a crash.

"OSCR360 is a gift to crash reconstruction. It typically takes an average of 45 minutes to take still photos of a crash scene. With OSCR360, I was able to capture everything I needed in 30 seconds. This equipment easily allows us to document a collision in a clear and concise manner & shows a true and accurate depiction of the crash and the environment."

OSCR360 recently made the news when it was used during the prosecuting team's closing arguments in the high profile Rideout trial in Rochester, NY. This six-week trial concluded with multiple murder and evidence tampering convictions. A similar visual presentation was also used in the prosecution of Jonathan Ortiz for Second Degree Murder to depict a key witness's vantage point. This trial also resulted in a murder conviction.

Made in the USA, OSCR360 is priced to fit any size municipality and requires little to no training.
