FORT MYERS, Fla. - Nov. 30, 2017 - PRLog -- Hayley E. Donaldson, JD, CPA has joined the law firm of Sheppard, Brett, Stewart, Hersch, Kinsey & Hill, P.A. as an associate attorney, working closely with estate planning attorneys Craig R. Hersch and Michael B. Hill. She assists clients with tax and estate planning, developing wills, trusts, and related estate planning documents and guides families in trust administration and probate matters after a loved one passes away.

Donaldson received her Juris Doctor from the University of Florida's Levin College of Law, graduating first in her class. While there, she was a member of the Florida Law Review and Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program that assists lower income individuals with annual tax returns. She also holds a Master's Degree in Professional Accounting from the University of Texas and a Bachelor of Sciencein Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami.

Professional memberships include The Florida Bar and Lee County Bar Association. Donaldson is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and was previously an internal audit consultant at Protiviti.
