Dr. Chris Chang To Present Innovative Techniques In Simplified Orthodontics By Mastery Academy

DUBAI, UAE - Dec. 4, 2017 - PRLog -- Dr. Chris Chang DDS, PHD, ABO-Certified Orthodontists member, author of Podcast Encyclopedia in Orthodontics, co-author in Orthodontics Vol I-III and Clinical Implant Dentistry I-II, aims to teach orthodontists, to treat severe Class II and Class III malocclusion.

Treatment for Class II malocclusion will be conducted in a lecture format that introduces the appropriate application of bite turbo, Class II elastics and IZC screws. These simple tools together form a consistent force system that requires little patients' active compliance and avoids many of the challenges presented by conventional treatment modalities, such as extra-oral headgear and functional orthopedic appliances.

Skeletal Class III malocclusions are usually treated with extensive orthodontics and orthognathic surgery after completion of active growth. Conservative treatment (without orthognathic surgeries) requires a broad range of tooth movement in 3D.
