Program for Cutting Custom Painters Tape Masks for Painting, Coating, Sign Making

Designed to provide custom tape shapes for proto and small volume production runs
ROLLING MEADOWS, Ill. - Dec. 6, 2017 - PRLog -- BEST Inc. announces the release of its custom service for laser cutting shapes out of blue painters' tape. This program has two paths for cutting out various shapes from 3M Type 2090 blue painters' tape which will be delivered on 10" x 10" sheets. Along one path, BEST will accept a variety of engineering and drawing files that can be used to cut out the images on a release liner. BEST can also create the engineering files and then cut the tape per the masking requirement.

Customers can the peel off these customized stickers for a variety of purposes including coating, painting and finishing as the tape features clean lines and can be easily applied. These custom shapes take a majority of the labor out of cutting the shapes to size by hand.

"Unlike other tape programs that require customers to use the supplier's tape for die cut rolled tape shapes., this program is very cost-effective as it is geared towards those customers whose niche is smaller batches with many changeovers" stated Chris Edwards BEST Product Manager.

$150 is the cost for (10) sheets of custom tapes that will onto a 10 x 12" sheet. Lead time is 1-2 days from acceptance of the final engineering drawing.
