A Dragon And Zumba Dancing In The Mix For A Legendary Show

DUBLIN 1, Ireland - Dec. 8, 2017 - PRLog -- This week, on the G Request Show, we were honoured to be joined by a very special guest; none other than  Broadcaster, Businesswoman, Publishing Entrepreneur and Former Dragon, Norah Casey. Currently, she is a member of the Press Council of Ireland, the London-based Women's Irish Network, and The International Women's Forum. Norah was a fan favourite on the hit show Dragon's Den. Norah is here, to discuss everything from her different business ventures, life in general and all of the exciting things she has coming up, over the next few months. Norah is an inspiring human being, who, among many things has devoted much of her career to helping women succeed and be the best they can be.

Not only that, we were thrilled to have the team from Zumba fitness, who performed an incredible and high energy routine. Zumba is a fantastic way to let go and enjoy your work out in a way you never have, before. Leading this unstoppable crew is the Director of Zumba Fitness, Justyna Mikolajczyk.

Justyna is a Qualified Fitness Instructor awarded by Pro Fitness School of Dublin, Certified Zumba Instructor and ZIN Member. Since 2010 she has presented on the stage at the International Fitness Convention in Dublin. Justyna also Joined Chris, for a chat, to talk about what she does, how she became a part of this dance movement and how we can all get involved.

Founded in 2005 when our Host, Chris Onos noticed the lack of social activities for the young people around his hometown of Tramore Co. Waterford and therefore set up the show as a music-based community programme. Since then, the show has grown from strength to strength, appearing in many different networks, including our current home on the Sky Platform, Channel 238.  The show is now filmed in front of a live audience in Dublin city centre every week.
