Uniquely Indonesia at Turi Beach Resort's Wonderful Festival Indonesia

BATAM ISLAND, Indonesia - Dec. 11, 2017 - PRLog -- Turi Beach Resort successfully featured another Wonderful Indonesia event on the 8^th of December 2017.

The Wonderful Festival Indonesia was the last event of the Nongsa Lifestyle Festival series in 2017 showcased at the resort with the aim to increase the awareness of Nongsa as a destination in Batam Island with the valuable support of Wonderful Indonesia Ministry of Tourism, Mr. Antonio Hernandez Canovas, Nongsa Resorts Operations Director, commented.

The Festival Indonesia event was designed as a platform to represent the rich diversity of Indonesia's cultural and culinary ethnicities including the live performance of artists & dancers across Indonesia as well as the participation of the local and the international community liven-up the festival ambience and tempo.

Amongst the signature performances, we can highlight the Batak Tor Tor Dance, the Piring Dance and the Dayak Dance asides the Indonesian Ethnic Costumes Fashion Show, interactive traditional games, a wide buffet spread of traditional cuisine, live band and other alluring activities.

Attended by international tourists from Indonesian and 10 overseas countries as well as by government officials from the Ministry of Tourism Indonesia, Wonderful Riau Islands and Batam Tourism Authority as well as local media supporters & bloggers.
