ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Dec. 18, 2017 - PRLog -- A book by Ard Falten titled "Sex On The Wrong Brain" presents a unified theory of human behavior, suggesting an undiagnosed mental 'disorder' has dominated human societies since we became civilized and is responsible for many problems often blamed on testosterone or 'human nature'. Falten claims that it places limits on brain potential.

He also claims the symptoms are reduced in women, and that difference may stimulate misogyny and sexual abuse.

The book explains that sex on the wrong brain is a problem of civilization. It increases with frustration and sexual repression and did not become a serious problem until humans began delaying the age of reproduction. Without proper sex education civilizations became stuck in cycles of war and self destruction. According to Falten some social structures and religions may have evolved tactics to utilize sex on the wrong brain and points to a passage in the Koran to demonstrate this assertion.

The book also explains:

GREED: In the parts of the brain where numbers are processed reproductive energy demands more, bigger, faster.

FEAR: When that energy fuels problem solving and logic it demands quick easy answers, finality, and certainty to get the thinking over with. In a complicated and unpredictable world the irrational need for certainty increases stress and fear.

AUTHORITARIANISM: As fear increases, certainty can become more important than truth and that is why the 'best' authoritarian leaders exhibit total certitude - they are never wrong, promise to bring order to chaos, and paint the world in black and white. Psychologists associate authoritarianism with the need for certainty and may measure it with the 'Uncertainty Avoidance Index', or UAI.

DENIAL: To create certainty humans use fantasies to help them simplify the complicated, impose order, and judge with absolutes. The book explains that the process of denying reality involves mental associations that direct reproductive energy to pleasure centers to reward and reinforce the denial.

MISOGYNY: The book explains why sex on the wrong brain is generally reduced in women and that causes some men and patriarchal societies to view them as a source of excessive emotionality, uncertainty, and unpredictability and a threat needing to be objectified and controlled.

SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION: More sex on the wrong brain means less for emotion and orgasm. Falten explains that humans may learn emotional triggers including violence to redirect sex energy to where it can stimulate pleasure.

Falten weaves the theory into a science fiction comedy adventure set in a near future where sex on the wrong brain is about to destroy Earth.
