Elected Judge from the United States Bankruptcy Court in San Fernando Valley Found Biased

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - Dec. 19, 2017 - PRLog -- Back on October 2017, A Motion to Recuse Judge Maureen A. Tighe of the United States Bankruptcy Court in San Fernando Valley was filed on an Adversary Proceeding Case Vs. Lead BK Chapter 7. However she denied the motion.

Also Judge Maureen A. Tighe Do Not Follow Court Procedures Neither Challenge the Debtor (s) or Defendant (s) at a Rush Hearing, including censoring plaintiff/creditor 1st amendment rights of the U.S. Constitution.

As you all know The United States Constitution guarantees an unbiased Judge who will always provide litigants with full protection of ALL RIGHTS. Therefore, Plaintiff/Creditor respectfully demanded to judge recuse herself in light of the observations from prior hearings detailing possible unethical and/or illegal conduct or conduct which gives Plaintiff/Creditor good reason to believe the above Judge cannot hear the above case in a fair and impartial manner.

At the Adversary Proceeding Case hearing Judge Maureen A. Tighe believed the debtor lie and lie at the hearing. Judge Maureen A. Tighe did not ask debtor (s) to provide any supporting/proof documents of many of debtor (s) lies. Instead Judge Maureen A. Tighe was acting like an attorney for debtor (s) who is an In Pro Per.  Judge Maureen A. Tighe did not show she cared about plaintiff/creditor financial hardship neither that plaintiff/creditor is an In Pro Per.

As expected Judge Maureen A. Tighe ruled on favor of debtor (s) which that proves that she was biased way before the motion to recuse was filed.

So if you are a plaintiff/creditor against irresponsible debtors and filed your Adversary Proceeding Case and Judge Maureen A. Tighe is the Bankruptcy chapter 7 assigned judge, then immediately request another judge that is professional and fair.

Plaintiff/creditor will be filing an appeal at the appellate court to have case be heard all over again. Plaintiff/creditor Adversary Proceeding Case requests and motions, including hearing were not handle appropriate by Judge Maureen A. Tighe. Also an official complaint against the biased, unfair, unprofessional elected judge will be filed at the Commission on Judicial Performance at 455 Golden Gate Avenue, Suite 14400, San Francisco, California 94102.

Do you know judges are elected by you the voters? So if you see this person name in your ballot give someone else the opportunity not a person that is not fair or professional.
