VIENNA - Dec. 24, 2017 - PRLog -- The theatric quartet took their bows amidst a bloodbath after a suicide, a lynching and a sacrifice all took place at Vienna's AtelierTheater. The first half of the show was timid as mortals and immortals fought for the life of a young Mormon missionary. Cloud appeared in the second half, covered in tar and feathers. "There was an angry mob waiting for me in front of the dressing room after the first half," he joked about it as fellow cast member Olivia Gruber was plucking the feathers off him.

Things took a turn as he brandished a knife and in a symbolic sacrifice gave "pieces of himself" away to shocked audience members in the front rows, before returning on stage and proceeding to destroy "all beauty" that was left.

After the show the members expressed their excitement: "We went through a lot to put this story on stage and we are glad how it turned out," shared Kerstin Wessely, who ignored several injuries and illness in the process. Real life Latter-day saint Cloud had lost 15 pounds and stopped going to church in preparation. Lauren Hartlein dedicated herself to performing with a broken finger on stage. Gruber shared she "had a hard time handling him (Cloud) on stage."

Jack Mormon will be back at AtelierTheater on January 25th 2018. For more information and tickets, visit http://ateliertheater.net/theater/jack-mormon-a-tragicomedy-by-jason-cloud-2/
