H&R Construction Parts Announces President and Chief Executive Officer Retirement and Appointment

BUFFALO, N.Y. - Dec. 28, 2017 - PRLog -- H&R Construction Parts and Equipment, Inc. today announced the December 31, 2017, retirement of President and CEO Larry D. Mohr and named Aaron B. Lian, currently the company's COO, to assume the role on January 1, 2018.

Mr. Mohr has served as President and CEO of H&R Construction Parts since 2015.  Mr. Mohr joined H&R Construction Parts in 1988 and served in a variety of roles within the company.  He has been a driving force behind the company's strategic direction and consistently strong operational performance and was a leading player working on the transition of the company to a fully owned subsidiary of the Sumitomo Corporation in 2017.

Mr. Mohr has led the company on a steady and constant growth path, and hands over the reins as the company continues to expand its position in the markets in which it competes.  Mr. Mohr will assist in a smooth transition through the remainder of the year.

Mr. Lian becomes President and CEO of H&R Construction after serving as Chief Operating Officer since September 2016.  Mr. Lian previously worked at Schwing America where he served as Vice President and General Manager in St. Paul, MN, and was responsible for managing and leading the company's ready-mix products division.  Prior to Schwing America, Mr. Lian worked at the ESCO Corporation for 24 years, most recently as the Managing Director of ESCO Europe.  Mr. Lian holds an MBA from the University of Oregon and an engineering degree from Portland State University.
