New York Jets players Jeremy Clark, Dakota Dozier, Jalin Marshall, Brandon Shell, Eric Tomlinson and Brent Qvale delighted each of the students with a $220 gift card, provided by the New York Jets and Modell's Sporting Goods. The NY Jets became personal shoppers for the students and advised them on items ranging from sports clothing to athletic goods. NYPD officers from Brooklyn's 75th Precinct assisted the Jets and students in shopping. The police officers had traveled with the students, parents and BCS staffers to New Jersey and helped in packing the gifts on the bus for the trip back to Brooklyn. "The New York Jets are proud to partner with the NYPD and Modell's to bring holiday cheer to the students of the Brooklyn Community Services Generation Jets Academy," said Jesse Linder, Senior Director, New York JetsCommunity Relations. "The smiles on the faces of the children as they shopped with players and officers will last forever."
