Bunker Technologies Opens New Office on Capital Square

MADISON, Wis. - Jan. 4, 2018 - PRLog -- Cresa Madison worked with Bunker Technologies to locate their new office space in downtown Madison. The new location occupies the third floor of 202 State Street which is just above the Comedy Club. This suite provides the insurtech company an excellent workspace, reflecting the company's open culture and modern design. Bunker believes that Madison has the ideal culture and provides a thriving talent market for the next phase of their growth. This move represents an expansion from the original San Francisco headquarters as Bunker's second office.

Bunker chose Madison because it's home to many leading insurance companies and has a high standard of living. In late 2016, Bunker began looking for a broker with expertise in the Madison market.  Matt Apter, a Managing Principal at Cresa Madison, was recommended by two trusted friends of Bunker CEO and Co-Founder Chad Nitschke to start the search for a location. The office on State Street was a great choice that could be designed and built to best fit the culture of Bunker's team. Over the next several months the new office was remodeled and opened in December of 2017.
