SF Comedy Blames 'Sex On The Wrong Brain' For Trump, and Cannabis Brings Relief

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. - Jan. 5, 2018 - PRLog -- In "Sex On The Wrong Brain", author Ard Falten uses science fiction action and comedy to suggest that an undiagnosed mental disorder is responsible for many problems often blamed on testosterone and human nature. Falten claims that cannabis may reduce symptoms by releasing some of that misdirected reproductive energy.

"It's a byproduct of civilization and increases with frustration and sexual repression," says Falten. "Without proper sex education, civilizations are stuck in cycles of greed, war, and self destruction. Major social structures evolved around sex on the wrong brain and because it's worse in men those differences helped institutionalize the misogyny, sexual abuse, and paternalism of today."

The book is set in the near future. Global warming is about to destroy Earth and the USA is on the verge of full-blown authoritarianism directed with talk radio. A wall is being constructed along the southern border and citizens are deported based on their last names. Instruments that detect high levels of 'sex on the wrong brain' are used to find terrorists and select political and media leaders.

Falten explains:

GREED: "In the parts of the brain where numbers are processed reproductive energy demands more, bigger, faster."

FEAR: "When reproductive energy fuels problem solving and logic it demands quick easy answers, finality, and certainty to get the thinking over with. In an infinitely complicated and unpredictable universe full of uncertainty the need for non-existent certainty creates unnecessary stress and fear."

AUTHORITARIANISM: "Psychologists associate authoritarianism and fascism with the need to avoid uncertainty," Falten explains. "As fear increases, certainty becomes more valuable than truth. That's why the 'best' authoritarian leaders thrive in fear and are always very certain. They can never be wrong and never apologize. Authoritarian leaders like Trump promise order and control to reduce chaos and uncertainty. They simplify and paint the world in black and white to help their followers judge in absolutes - to create certainty and satisfy sex on the wrong brain."

RATIONALIZATION AND DENIAL: "Fear pressures logic to use creativity to deny reality and rationalize the lies and non existent certainty. That's when some of that misdirected reproductive energy is released to the pleasure centers on the creative side where it was supposed to go in the first place. So it feels good to lie and denial is rewarded. That's the pleasure of certitude."

RACISM, NATIONALISM: "Judging people by skin color or where they're from is one way to create certainty. You're either white or you're not. You're from here or you're not."

MISOGYNY: "Because of anatomical differences the problem is generally worse in men and that can cause them to view the opposite sex as a source of uncertainty and unpredictability. They become a threat needing to be objectified, quantified, and controlled," says Falten.

SEXUAL DYSFUNCTION: "More sex on the wrong brain means less for emotion and orgasm in the right brain. Humans have evolved all sorts of triggers to return sex energy to where it can stimulate pleasure."

CANNABIS: "Cannabis seems to reduce many of the symptoms, and that may be why authoritarians hate it so much."
