She brings with her over 30 years of experience in the IP/Patent practice and has worked at leadership level positions with some of the most esteemed and reputed law firms in the U.S., leading development of best practices, outreach and engagement with client community and leading projects to refine offerings to better serve the client community. Prior to joining Effectual Services, she was in leadership positions in firms such as Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP, where she served as Director-Patent Services and Morrison & Foerster LLP. While managing these positions, she was responsible for multiple geographic locations and practice types within the firm. She specializes in process and workflow improvements, change management and risk mitigation. Denise has experience in utilizing outside vendors for specific facets of the firm's business, which has helped these firms to achieve increased revenue and efficiency. She is a well-versed collaborator who creatively drives consensus for a diverse group of attorneys and staff.
