West Coast Code Consultants (WC3) Launched The WC3 Academy Today

SAN RAMON, Calif. - Jan. 18, 2018 - PRLog -- West Coast Code Consultants (WC³) Launched The WC³ Academy Today. The WC³ Academy is an advanced online building code training school. The Academy features certification exam preparation courses for building inspectors and plans examiners. Today's launch includes commercial mechanical, commercial plumbing and residential electrical courses, with several other courses launching over the next 90 days. Courses range from $100 to $200 a piece and are geared toward individuals interested in entering the code professional industry as well as those seeking additional certifications to advance their careers.

The code professional industry is facing a mass retirement in the next 15 years, with nearly 80% of current professionals expected to retire or exit the industry. Although this is a challenge for the industry, WC³ is determined to be part of the solution. Mr. Williams explains, "There's a huge population of plumbers, electricians, and carpenters that make ideal candidates for the future generation of code professionals. Getting them certified isn't easy, as current options can be expensive and time-consuming. The WC³ Academy will make the process easier. We've witnessed an 82% pass rate on national certification exams with the other training programs we have created." The WC³ Academy will provide the needed training to fill the need in the industry.

WC³ Academy features hi-def video training modules, with comprehensive quizzes following each one-hour or less segment. Modules include links to public access versions of the International Codes, links to applicable online content, as well as full-length, timed practice exams. Training is available to anyone with an internet connection providing the convenience to take courses any time of the day and avoids the ongoing expenses traveling to courses.
