Follow on Google News | Rook Coffee to open in Ocean CountyThe company's newest coffee shop will be located in Point Pleasant, N.J.
By: Rook Coffee "We've received hundreds of requests to open south of our current stores," says Co-Founder Holly Migliaccio. "We love having the opportunity to make people happy, and opening in high demand areas makes that possible." The space is located at an endcap in Bridge Plaza and is approximately 2,000 square feet. The shopping center is directly across from Stop & Shop and is close to Route 88. The store will model the look and feel of Rook Coffee's existing locations, offering to-go service with its hand-poured coffee and cold brew, as well as fresh baked goods. Rook's expansion to Ocean County follows operational achievements made in the past two years of strengthening the company's infrastructure. The newly-completed Roastery and Cold Coffee Brewery in Long Branch has prepared the company to continue its growth. Rook Point Pleasant is expected to open in late summer of 2018 and will join the company's other coffee shops in N.J., including two in Oakhurst, two in Long Branch, and one each in Little Silver, Wall, Red Bank, Manalapan, Colts Neck and Holmdel, and one coming soon in Freehold.
