Follow on Google News | South Shore Chamber of Commerce to Host WinterFest 2018An eclectic mix of local restaurants, wine merchants and craft brewers to be showcased.
By: South Shore Chamber of Commerce Recognized for its eclectic mix of the finest local food purveyors, wine merchants and craft brewers as one of the area's most popular events, this year's WinterFest will take place on Thursday, February 8th from 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. at Lombardo's, 6 Billings Street, Randolph. WinterFest 2018 will include demonstrations by several local chefs and the promotion of EAT South Shore (www.EATSouthShore.com) Local well-known chefs Brian Houlihan (The Tinkers Son, Galley, Bia Bistro and Trident), Greg Jordan (The Quarry) and Taylor Naples (Terra) will collaborate on a recipe to kick off the launch of EAT South Shore – prior to the opening of the doors to the WinterFest event hall. Frank Ricci (Greenside Grille and Raffael's) will prepare a signature cocktail. Come and socialize while sampling offerings from long-time area favorites and get to know some new faces and their taste-tempting fare. Registration will begin at 5:00 the night of WinterFest, with doors opening promptly at 5:30 p.m. WinterFest 2018 sponsors include Eastern Bank, Quincy Mutual Group, MountainOne, The Conrad Group, Inc., AAA Travel, Coastal Heritage Bank, A.W. Perry, Bay Copy, W.H. Cornerstone Investments, Inc., A Maven's World Lifestyle Brand, Great Hill Dental Partners, South Shore Staffing and South Shore Bank. The pre-event registration price of admission is $45 and $200 for groups of five. Admission at the door is $60.
