PRLog -- Author Melica Niccole (Hampton) and CEO of Hampton Publishing House, LLC is set to receive the 2018 Otterbein University Diversity Award in February. Recently, she was named to receive this award for her professional accomplishments, service to the University, and lifelong achievement. Ms. Niccole has been involved in numerous events in her community, such as children's book festivals, children's book drive, New York Book Bag Drive, and a newly created program about youth and politics. Just last month, she was interviewed by Journalist Kiran Marahatta, who writes for the HuffPost and made a documentary with Lionel Messi, called: Messi, The Man at Barca. She is also an advocate for children, youth, adolescents, persons with disabilities, and individuals with psychiatric diagnoses.
